Job Summary

Duties
- Assist skilled tradespeople in their tasks, including driving and outdoor laboring .
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing projects on time.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required. Holding current drivers license in Good standing required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
