As part of the Workday Finance Record to Report team you shall lead efforts to manage touchpoints with related Workday modules and support sales cycles by participating in proposal development and client presentations. As a Senior Manager you shall leverage your influence and proficiency to drive results, maintain operational excellence, and interact with clients at a senior level to validate outcomes and share alternative perspectives. You shall also be responsible for leading teams across different time zones and offshore centers, and managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. - Leading client discussions and meetings
