In HR transformation and technology at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services related to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function and related technologies within organisations. You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, and provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models. Your work will involve assisting clients in optimising their HR function to align with business objectives and enhance HR service quality.

As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. The Opportunity

As part of the Workforce Consulting team, you are expected to direct efforts in HR transformation and technology implementations. As a Senior Manager, you are expected to lead strategic advising and problem-solving initiatives, focusing on developing top-performing teams and maintaining operational excellence. You are expected to manage resources, collaborate with business partners, and provide leadership in a fast-paced environment, promoting a culture of adaptability and creativity while delivering quality and timely results.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 7 years of experience with timekeeping, attendance and workforce planning systems

- Directing processes for precise execution of forecasts

- Providing ongoing support in Workforce Planning and HR

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
