We are seeking to add a talented Graphic Designer to our growing Design-Build, Branded Environments, Technology Solutions, and Consulting Company in our Huntingdon Valley, PA office.
Objectives of this Role
This position will collaborate with multiple teams across the company and should be able to take concepts and ideas to create impactful designs for both print and electronic media. These designs would be for both PWCampbell's marketing communications and branding as well as our financial institution clients.

- Create design assets that position, promote, and build brand awareness of PWCampbell's brand.
- Create materials that apply our brand identity across marketing channels - including print communications, sales support materials, trade shows, social media, and company website.
- Develop and produce brochures, flyers, presentations and proposals for sales team and in support of the company's marketing communications efforts.
- Develop engaging concepts for branding, marketing materials, and digital assets to be used in and to enhance client's locations.
- Collaborate with account managers and project designers to understand the client's marketing/branding needs and produce designs that align with their vision and objectives and overall design vision.
- Design assets that represent and build on the client's brand to promote, engage, and convert their consumers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Five or more years of experience in graphic design or related field
- Extensive design software knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) Canva, and Microsoft Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, schedule project implementation, and track progress using project management software.
- Ability to work on a wide range of projects and media using Adobe Creative Suite programs, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
- Obtain approval from the marketing team to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company and client appropriately.
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs assets such as graphic elements, designs, photography, and video.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to produce innovative and competitive designs, presentations, and marketing communications.
