Responsibilities
- Conducting site visits to collect accurate measurements and data.
- Utilizing advanced surveying equipment and software to record and analyze data.
- Creating detailed survey reports, maps, and plans for clients.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to verify measurements and ensure project accuracy.
- Conducting research and analyzing existing survey documents, maps, and records.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and industry standards for surveying and mapping.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to support ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Degree/Certification in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Surveyor, preferably in a construction or land development setting.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total station, GPS, and laser scanners.
- Advanced knowledge of surveying software, including CAD and GIS.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.
- Knowledge of local surveying regulations and best practices.
