The Opportunity

Are you ready to be a part of an exciting and dynamic Production Team? At PWR, we specialize in manufacturing and assembling high-end components using a variety of hand and power tools and machinery. We are seeking motivated mechanically individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to build or advance their career in an advanced manufacturing environment. As a Manufacturing Production Assistant you will support us with various manufacturing processes to contribute to the assembly of our high end cooling products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Commitment to safety, quality, and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret documentation and basic detailed drawings.
• Use of basic hand tools. 
• Relevant manufacturing or general mechanical experience is highly regarded, but not essential. 
• Must be able to work unsupervised at times and effectively in a team environment.
• Must have the ability to sustain concentration during repetitive processes.
• More importantly, your positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and flexibility is what makes you stand out.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
• Must be avaliable to work full time Monday to Friday. Overtime on Saturdays is also avaliable.
