Essential Functions

- Assist in reporting and consolidation of financial statements and financial data to parent company.
- Prepare and post monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals and journal entries.
- Assist in annual audit process with external auditors.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s internal controls over financial reporting.
- Prepare regulatory and governmental reports.
- Prepare and summarize monthly production data, manufacturing variances and provides analysis.
- Recommends and implements ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work practices and procedures affecting the accounting process and financial reporting.
- Work with department managers/supervisors in analyzing manufacturing expenses.

- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and application, IFRS experience a plus.
- Strong technical analytical skills.

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

- Detailed understanding of inventory movement in a manufacturing and distribution environment.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance or similar related field.
- CPA/CPA eligible or equivalent required
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the accounting field, public accounting experience required
- Or any combination of education and experience to show the ability to do the job well
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience with manufacturing, inventory accounting and/or cost accounting a plus
Salary/Benefits
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000
