Py Food Concepts in Miami, FL is looking for one prep cook/floater to join our 36 person strong team. We are located at 7100 Biscayne Blvd 7100 Biscayne Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and organize produce.
- Check in with Chef to ensure daily prep lists are completed
- Rotate and organize preparation
- Ensure quality control of existing inventory
- Assist the line during service if necessary.
Qualifications
- Good knife skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to carry 50-60 lbs
- Ability to work under pressure
