PY Food Concepts is seeking Seasonal Cooks to join our culinary team at LcKy ChKn by Phuc Yea during the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix Week at Hard Rock Stadium.
This is your chance to cook at one of the most high-profile events in Miami, delivering bold flavors and great food to thousands of racing fans. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, punctual, and passionate about food. While this is a seasonal position, there’s opportunity for continued work with the PY Hospitality Team based on performance.
Responsibilities:
• Food Preparation: Cook and prepare food items following established recipes and portioning standards
• Food Safety: Uphold strict sanitation and food safety protocols at all times
• Quality Control: Ensure freshness, consistency, and proper rotation of ingredients
• Team Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with fellow kitchen staff for efficient service
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work station before, during, and after service
• Adaptability: Support other kitchen roles as needed during high-volume service
Qualifications:
• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred (culinary school grads encouraged to apply)
• Strong work ethic and a genuine passion for cooking
• Understanding of basic food safety procedures
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be available to work the entire F1 week: April 29 – May 6, 2025, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive kitchen culture
