PYA is seeking Analysts and Staff Consultants to join its high-performing and privately-owned firm in Summer 2026 . This unique role provides an opportunity for the ideal candidate to serve in a variety of management consulting roles, including opportunities in compensation and business valuation, transaction advisory services, business strategy, among others. At our entrepreneurial and dynamic firm, our focus is coaching and developing our consulting team into well-rounded management-level advisors who serve to solve.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the successful completion of various healthcare client projects within a team environment by solving strategic issues requiring analytical, financial, and writing skills
- Conduct research and data analysis for client reports and presentations
- Prepare excellent client deliverables while balancing firm risk and compliance with appropriate professional standards
- Identify and communicate business improvement opportunities to the Firm’s management team

Accounting, finance, or other analytical business disciplines
