DESCRIPTION
At PYA, the Marketing Analyst plays a vital role in advancing the firm’s marketing strategy through data-driven insights, innovative use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and strategic management of Google Ads and other paid search platforms.
This position collaborates closely with the centralized Salesforce team, internal marketing colleagues, and external partners to execute impactful campaigns, refine performance metrics, and ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives. By utilizing Account Engagement and paid search data, the Marketing Analyst will create actionable insights to drive measurable success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leverage the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, ensuring effective automation, lead nurturing, and reporting, including developing advanced segmentation and personalization strategies to improve targeting and engagement
- Assist with building and managing Account Engagement and Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor and report on campaign and marketing performance
- Partner with marketing colleagues and agencies to strategize and implement Google Ads and other paid search campaigns, monitor paid search performance, and optimize campaigns for better ROI through enhanced targeting and bidding strategies
- Build robust attribution models that integrate Account Engagement , Google Ads, and other platform data
- Collaborate with agencies, data partners, and internal teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Serve as a key collaborator between the marketing department and the centralized Salesforce team to ensure alignment of data strategies and tools and work with senior leadership to integrate paid search and Salesforce marketing initiatives into broader business objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including automation, analytics, integrations, segmentation and reporting
- Strong experience with Google Ads strategy, campaign management, and ROI optimization
- Proficiency in tools like Power BI, and Google Analytics, with experience integrating these platforms into Account Engagement
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution modeling
- Experience collaborating with centralized Salesforce teams to enhance marketing initiatives
- Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping, uncovering insights and optimizing marketing strategies
