Business Intelligence (BI) Senior Consultant with ITAC

PYA is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Senior Consultant to join its high-performing and privately-owned firm with a dynamic culture and a strong national reputation. This individual will be a member of the Technology program supporting PYA's Consulting Department .

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data analytics solutions using tools like Power BI to create interactive dashboards and models, analyze diverse healthcare datasets (e.g., claims data), and uncover insights to support business decision-making and operational improvements for PYA clients
• Assist with the develop and delivery of IT advisory services, with a focus on healthcare IT compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations such as HIPAA, NIST, and ISO standards
• Optimize data processes, including data flow management, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure dashboards and reports align with business needs and comply with healthcare IT standards and regulatory frameworks
• Assist with conducting comprehensive risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies to safeguard patient data and IT systems to include assisting with creating and refining IT security policies, incident response plans, and compliance frameworks tailored to the unique needs of healthcare providers and organizations.
• Provide consulting and project management expertise with PYA colleagues, ensuring that IT solutions for PYA clients meet both technical and compliance-related needs
