">This Alarm Service Technician role is responsible for servicing, installing, maintaining, and inspecting fire, burglar, access control, and CCTV systems.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Servicing and installation of security alarms and associated low voltage systems
- Testing and inspection of systems under maintenance agreement
- System troubleshooting and repairs
- Site surveys upon request of management
- Keeping manuals and details up to date
- Reporting activities completed, deferred, or requiring further action to management
- Communicating with customers on job status or completion
- Preparing service and status reports
- Submitting complete and accurate paperwork
- Working independently on customer job sites
Requirements
">- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in alarm industry
- Valid Low or High Voltage License preferred
- Familiarity with one or more of the following product lines: Honeywell, DSC, Napco, Door King, Firelite, Silent Knight desired
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Compliance with Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy
- English language proficiency
- Clean driving record and valid Driver's License
