The marketing specialist works in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
This position pays $18- $19 an hour depending on experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Support the development of content and campaigns for the intranet, website, social media and company store.
- Compile forecasts, competitor analyses, and consumer trends
- Assist with the development of affiliate partnerships.
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
- Support marketing efforts that drive the brand strategy and serve immediate and long-term business goals via processes, content, and team member experience.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Support the marketing department in creating content for multiple mediums, conducting competitor and SWAT analysis, and internal and external branding campaigns.
- Plan and framework new website development and demand generation strategies
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
- Stay up to date on marketing trends and share learnings with marketing team
- Assist in the creation of marketing communications.
- Assist with tradeshows and various company events both on- and off-site
- Manage the new customer packets for residential customers with phone follow-up and potential leads
