The Director, HR Operations and Services will be an integral and strategic leader, driving, implementing, and organizing employment compliance systems. The Director, HR Operations and Services will report to the VP of HR Operations and Services. The Director, HR Operations and Services must be a strong communicator with experience working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, and can react to changing variables. This position is remote.
