This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team. This role assists with all sales-related duties including coordinating sales team activities, account maintenance, reporting, managing sales leads and documents. Contribute to high level customer service and help drive revenue targets.

This position is an onsite position located at our Centereach, NY branch location.

This position pays around $21/hr depending on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on new sales by sending customer packets along with calls to ensure customer satisfaction and review our additional services flyer.

  • Track special projects geared towards obtaining leads.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including presentations, coordination of trade shows

  • Maintain and create sales flyers, customer emails, social media

  • Collaborate with internal departments and management to successfully execute objectives.

  • Service as a liaison to the logistics team when there are delivery questions or issues.

  • Maintain up-to-date customer records/sales folder which is used as a reference place for product information and all sales related materials.

  • Communicate significant customer concerns to sales lead and management.

  • Maintain current knowledge of the business product offerings.

  • Assist with tracking all sales process.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.


Education/Qualification:

  • A high school education or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 1 year working as a sales administrative assistant or sales support role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other platforms.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized and detailed oriented.

  • Experience in office setting

Other Duties:

  • Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
