Responsibilities:
Major Duties are daily staging, shipping and receiving of materials and equipment for inventory and projects, as well as light office maintenance.
Retrieving inventory and staging of the items from an internally generated parts or materials request for service calls, installation projects and repair work. Follow up communication with Operations on status of parts for scheduling needs basis via Pye Barker's Operating System. Moving or transferring parts in Microsoft Dynamics SL to the appropriate sites in inventory or issued to a Project. Maintaining adequate inventory levels on all parts and materials. Processing Purchase Orders for maintaining inventory levels. Signing out of miscellaneous equipment and tools including ladders.
Oversee cycle counts of inventory on a weekly basis. Oversee audits of staged inventory sites on a bi-monthly basis. Light Office maintenance as requested by the Office Manager. This would include changing bulbs in all areas of the building and warehouse.
Qualification:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast paced, professional atmosphere. Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills required. Microsoft Dynamics SL experience a plus.
