The Senior Analyst, Development Finance, supports the evaluation of potential investments, assists in financial operations during integration, and contributes to monitoring post-integration performance for our development finance organization. This position will work directly with corporate development, integrations, accounting, and operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial and operational assessments of potential acquisition targets to support investment strategy alignment.
- Develop financial models, memorandums, and initial forecasts for potential acquisitions under senior leadership guidance.
- Assist in enterprise valuation calculations and preliminary financial performance projections.
- Prepare supporting financial analysis and recommendations for executive review.
- Support the preparation of the Opening Balance Sheet for newly acquired companies.
- Assist with month-end close process during the integration phase.
- Contribute to financial reporting during the transition to standardized systems.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to facilitate smooth data validation and integration process.
- Analyze financial results compared to initial forecasts.
- Prepare detailed variance explanations and preliminary performance insights.
- Draft recommendations for potential operational or financial improvements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial monitoring frameworks.
- Up to 30% travel to branch offices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated career progressions required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Solid project management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Good understanding of enterprise valuation methodologies.
- Background in performance measurement frameworks.
- Knowledge of accounting systems integration.
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus.

- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces.
