Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on sprinkler fire suppression systems
- Service and inspections of wet, dry and pre-action fire suppression systems
- Install, maintain, repair or replace fire sprinkler equipment and systems in accordance with applicable codes and standards
- Servicing of wet based fire sprinkler systems
- Maintain professional interactions with customers
- Install or upgrade fire sprinklers in commercial and residential buildings
- Test and repair alarm systems already in place
- Perform inspections to ensure alarms are installed according to code
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting any issues and report results of work completed accurately and timely
- Protect and maintain company equipment
- Inspect and maintain the truck and all related equipment, submit repair requests as necessary for safe operation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, facilitating loading and unloading while observing safety regulations and manufacturer's instructions
- Work safely as outlined by company procedures including driver safety and personal protective equipment
- Respond to emergency service calls
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Fulfill other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of Fire Sprinkler experience is required
- A clean driving record is essential
- The ability to use or repair small/light equipment, such as power tools, ladders, medium equipment and machinery
- Experience with commercial and residential systems
- Flexibility with scheduling requirements that may include evening, weekend and/or out-of-town assignments
- Able to display knowledge of codes and regulations related to the work
- Able to act in a lead capacity

Physical Demands:
- This job requires regular standing, walking, using hands to handle, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and occasional lifting/moving heavy objects
- Additionally, this role demands balancing, climbing, grasping, hearing, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, repetitive motion, speaking, talking, and visual acuity
