Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of protecting lives and property.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fire protection systems and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Builts and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
- Communicates with customers and leads to understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or servicesto customers based on their needs
- E nsures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
Requirements:
- 3 years of fire sprinkler sales experience required
- 2 years of fire sprinkler design experience preferred, specifically retrofit design
- RME-G or RME-I preferred
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to travel daily within assigned territory
