Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
General warehouse operations such as receiving freight, operating a forklift, and stocking the warehouse
Recharging and testing portable fire extinguishers
Maintain inventory stock levels
Maintain adequate shipping supplies
Perform inventory counts as required
Keep shop organized and clean
Maintain, clean, and organize all shop tools
Maintain a good positive relationship with the customer and pass on information to the appropriate personnel for follow up, quotes, questions, or concerns
Maintain equipment and tools necessary to safely perform job
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Education / Qualification :
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Any vocational training is strongly desired.
Other Duties :
Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequent lifting and carrying of toolboxes, equipment, parts, tools, equipment, cabling, and / or wiring.
Frequent ladder climbing and checking, pulling wire, etc.
Walking, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, and raising hands overhead.
