Lawn Care & Landscaping Crew Member
Cartersville, GA | $16 – $20 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Operate a zero-turn mower with care and precision
- Perform weed eating and edging around properties
- Trim shrubs and small trees neatly and safely
- Assist with general landscape maintenance as needed
- Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite and equipment
Requirements:
- Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required
- Must be able to operate a weed eater, edger, trimmer, and zero-turn mower (or willing to learn)
- Must be physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Fluent in English
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on workload
- Typical start time: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (may vary slightly)
Pay:
- $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience
