Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch.
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and prioritize product backlogs based on stakeholder feedback and market research.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to align on product initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and team members.
  • Oversee budget and resource allocation for product development projects.
  • Facilitate sprint reviews and demos to stakeholders to showcase product progress.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership regarding product status and strategy.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies impacting product offerings.
  • Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Experience in Agile frameworks; certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for product excellence.
  • Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events, as needed.
