Boutique law firm located in Tustin, CA, specializing in insurance defense and civil litigation, has an opportunity for an associate attorney, 5 years’ experience. This firm emphasizes teamwork and close, loyal bonds among its attorneys and staff. We are offering a full time position with competitive pay, flexible working hours, and a collegial environment.
The ideal candidate must have the following :
Strong integrity and work ethic.
Licensed to practice in California.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Excellent research and litigation analysis skills.
Good computer skills, including the ability to type and to format documents.
Work well with staff and colleagues
Detail oriented.
Valued but not required
Trial experience.
Experience in litigation.
Experience in trusts and estates
The ideal candidate must know or be ready to quickly learn to research and prepare motions, take and defend depositions and strategically analyze liability.
