Duties
- Welcome Visitors
-Check Emails
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Open and Distribute Mail
-Receive & Distribute UPS & FED/EX Packages
-Hand Out Employment Applications
- Take Credit Card Payments Over Phone / Record Payments
- Prepare Credit Card Spreadsheet
- Type Work Orders / Collect Information from Project Managers to create Job Folders
-Take Service Calls
-Keep Log and Schedule of BFP Work Orders
- Manage Cell Phones and Cell Phone Account
-Assit with A/P Invoice Processing
- File
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
-Type Weekly Schedule
-Miscellaneous Typing for Project Managers
- Keep log of Quoted Jobs
- Update "Jobs In Progress" list and distribute
Required Skills
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed
-Excellent Communication Skills and Work Well with Others
- Positive Attitude
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic office management procedures
- Able to Multi-Task
- Good Organizational Skills
- Knowledge of basic office management procedures
- Comfortable Communicating with Field Personnel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
