Your job is to become the Pylon product expert and help educate the prospects and customers on how it works.
The Product
We're building the first customer support platform built for B2B companies
We fully replace support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce Service Cloud
Our customers are early-stage B2B tech companies

Requirements
You've done the role before and can work autonomously
You're a clear and concise writer
Be able to write in a startup-friendly, "non-corporate" and "non-marketing" tone
2 years product marketing experience
2 years working at a B2B SaaS startup
Located in the SF and excited to work in-person 5x / week
Excited about working at an early stage startup
