Industry background: ServiceNow background, Prior Banking Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
ITOM & Discovery Experience in Configuration into CMDB, Custom Probes & Sensors, MID Server Configurations, IP Range Creation, Service Mapping, Service Gap Connectors
Service Graph & Mapping Experience in Service Mapping Implementation, CI Relationship Management
Configurations Experience in Configuration of ITBM, HRSD, CSM. Creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI & Data Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Access Control Lists
Integration & Automation Experience in ServiceNow Integration but not limited to Salesforce, WorkDay, Ping, CyberArk, HAM, SAM, Azure, Dynatrace, Splunk
Performance Analytics Design & Implementation of Dashboard, Reports
ITSM Experience working on Change, Incident, Demand, Portfolio, Knowledge, Problem management
Migration & Upgrade ServiceNow version upgrade, Use of ATF, Update set migration between lower env instances
Scenario (Financial) Planning Education/Certifications:
ServiceNow System Administration Certified preferred, degree not required
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop test cases and data
Execute tests for the application or technical architecture components, work with other programmers, designers, and architects to meet application requirements and performance goals, participate in code reviews, inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project, fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing, document the application to facilitate maintenance.
Assists with selecting appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions.
Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives.
May provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff.
Provides a systematic analysis on client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered.
Ensures quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes.
