What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Designer, Newborn Boys position at Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC?
Our client, a children’s apparel company, is hiring a Associate Designer, Newborn Boys to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office).The ideal candidate should be proficient in industry-standard design software such as Illustrator and have experience working with PLM systems.
Job Duties Include:
- Assist with entire design process including research, design, and sketching
- Conduct seasonal and market research to identify new ideas and opportunities
- Create and sketch design concepts and gather feedback
- Assist with fittings as needed
- Ensure timelines are met and communicate developments to team as needed
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3 years of design experience
- Experience with sets/mix and match
- Background in boys’ apparel design is preferred
- Excellent creative skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Salary: $80k annually
