Our client, a leading global beauty company, is seeking a Director, Executive Search - North America to join their New York corporate office on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This person will lead strategic executive hiring efforts and support leadership recruitment across key business areas.
Job Duties Include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top executive talent and external networks
- Strengthen employer brand across the North American market
- Proactively map talent pools to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR, providing market insights and strategic guidance on executive hiring needs
- Manage the full-cycle executive search process, from research and talent identification to offer negotiation
- Conduct in-depth market research and leverage innovative search techniques
- Drive a best-in-class candidate experience while ensuring professionalism and confidentiality
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all executive hiring initiatives
- Utilize data analytics, social media, and industry insights to refine sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
- Maintain knowledge on industry developments, acting as a career consultant to both leadership teams and executive-level candidates
Job Qualifications Include:
- Experience managing executive searches across multiple functions
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed, and global environments
- Strong global talent perspective, with international hiring experience a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in overcoming challenges unique to executive hiring
- Deep understanding of executive compensation structures, strategies, and market benchmarks
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) for executive sourcing
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends shaping the recruitment landscape
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Strong project management capabilities with a high level of analytical and critical thinking
Salary: $160k - $170k annually
