Our client, a children’s apparel company, is hiring a Senior Designer for Kids 2-10 to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office). The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of fashion trends, fabric development, and design elements that bring joy to kids' apparel.
Job Duties Include :
- Lead the design process from concept to production, ensuring the creation of stylish, age-appropriate pieces that align with brand identity and market trends
- Analyze trends by researching market shifts, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to develop innovative and trend-driven designs
- Manage and mentor a team of two Designers and an Associate Designer, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on design direction, timelines, and brand objectives
- Oversee quality and fit to ensure designs meet brand standards, production feasibility, and overall market expectations
Job Qualifications Include :
Salary : $110k - $115k annually
