What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stock Controller position at Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC?
Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring a Stock Controller to join the team at their NYC location. Candidates must be available to work a full time retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include :
- Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures
- Manage inter-store transfers, RTVs, and damages
- Provide customer service to customers regarding repairs and returns
- Achieve inventory level accuracy
- Ensure stock / product in back of house and front of house are maintained to operations guidelines
- Assist with client purchases, consignments, and charge sends to other locations
- Maintain logs for all shipments
- Input and process authorized merchandise into inventory
- Maintain loss prevention standards through
- Assist with controlling shortage through inventory management
- Support store staff to comply with all company initiatives
- Manage all ecommerce orders for store location and ensure they are fulfilled in timely manner
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include :
Salary : $30 / hr
