What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Talent Acquisition Manager position at Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC?
Our client, a global luxury brand, is looking to hire a temporary Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This is a temporary position that will begin in January and continue to June or July with the possibility to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business.
Job Duties Include :
- Support the retail division with recruitment needs, including hiring for new store openings
- Manage full life cycle of retail recruitment
- Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates
- Prepare and post roles to job boards
- Utilize traditional and non-traditional sources to identify and attract qualified talent
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and lead by example
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include :
Salary : $50-55 / hour
