Pay Range : $100 - $120 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- Tier-3 Network Operations for medium / large scale enterprise contact center networks.
- Manage and maintain Cisco routing and switching solutions (multiple datacenters).
- Manage / operate F5 load balancers.
- Manage / operate ACME SBCs.
- Optimize network performance and availability, operational incident management.
- Review ACL list / Firewall changes and partner with Security team for execution.
- Troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Apply patches to devices for firmware and OS upgrades.
- Analyze network capacity to anticipate future needs.
- Develop / maintain network documentation : diagrams, configuration, and runbooks
- Operate within a structured change management model.
- Support and implement changes during scheduled maintenance windows Off hrs).
- Plan, test, and implement network changes. Communicate with stakeholders.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures and recommend new policy.
- Work closely with others to support projects and resolve escalated issues.
- Engage circuit repair teams as required to resolve connectivity issues.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network engineers and staff.
- Stay current with industry trends, and emerging technology.
