Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting daily and monthly goals; maintaining compliance with TAT; Ability to expand their growth and knowledge (willingness to grow, not just being here for a paycheck); Avoiding the errors when completing the work correctly.
- Skills-Medical terminology / healthcare management, Authorization , Insurance
- High School diploma.
- MUST be a self-starter; Medical terminology and Insurance Background (1-2 years’ experience)
- Experience with healthcare management systems; and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, Strong customer service skills
- MUST be on the phone (not call centre-like); average of 10-15 calls throughout 8-hour shift
- Surrounding team: intake team works hand in hand with clinical team (Needs to have 1 years’ experience in healthcare)
- Open communication, transparency, with our team- very big on this; very focused; data management entry from top to bottom; Medicaid intake so MUST be in NC state; monthly coffee breaks, huge work family environment since fully remote.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Must be able to utilize the phone system
- Experience with current office and computer systems (very computer savvy).
