Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting contractually required Initial Health Screenings welcome calls outreach to new enrollees. Analyze and report overall results.
- Data Entry
- Make outbound and receive incoming calls. Leave voicemail if a member does not answer the call.
- Identify and overcome barriers for members to complete needed health screenings
- Review and analyze data for call reports to adjust as needed to call approach for members to obtain information.
- Must be able to ask and deal with sensitive topic/questions
- Camera on 100% during training-training for 2 days and then they will shadow team members before making their own calls.
- Skills-Healthcare, Outbound calls, Experience in healthcare
- Healthcare exp -outbound calls-customer support
- Shift: PST hours Monday/Tuesday 9:30am-6:30pm, Wednesday/Thursday 8:45am-5:45pm, Friday 8:45-3:15pm, 30-minute lunch Hours are not flexible!
- Location: Remote but must live in the state of WA: PST hours!
- Experience with excel phone systems
- Proficient in typing for documentation
- Experience in healthcare
- Empathy skills (will need to ask member personal questions on the assessment.
- Manage Care Experience
- Community relations or sales.
- Bilingual preferred
- Education Requirement: High School
- Software Skills Required: Excel, outlook, must be able to learn various internal systems.
