Key Responsibilities:
- Candidates can be located anywhere in the US - must have reliable high speed internet connection and a private and quiet working environment.
- Consults with nursing and medical staff on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors or complaints.
- Conducts drug utilization reviews and prepares drug review criteria for medical staff approval.
- No direct patient interaction
- All candidates must be willing and able to support all work functions we support.
- Skills-Pharm D, Licensed Pharmacist, Experience conducting DUR and
Pharmacy operations experience. - Good verbal and written communication skills
- Very detail oriented
- Great time management skills
- Licensed Pharmacist Required
- Pharmacist License
