Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate text, images, and videos for policy compliance.
- Identify and escalate harmful or inappropriate content.
- Enforce guidelines while maintaining impartiality and accuracy.
- Provide feedback on improving content policies and processes.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Content Moderator , AI concepts , Machine Learning , Customer Service.
- HS Diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and machine learning.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
