Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to member/provider calls.
  • Receives and responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns accurately and timely.
  • Mitigates and prevents complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact.
  • Serves as the front-line resolution advocate on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns.
  • Provides support on various member or provider issues to ensure customers receive high-quality service.
  • Maintains performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics.
  • Provides customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment over the phone, via live chats and emails.
  • Documents all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
  • Remains up-to-date and adheres to quality standards, regulations, and all other policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
  • Provides expertise in resolving multiple inquiries, requests, and/or concerns across all areas of responsibilities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-Customer Service , Call Center Representative, Microsoft Office, Outbound calling & Inbound Calling, CSR. 
  • Telephony soft skills/reliable internet connection.
  • Call Center Representative experience.
  • Customer service skills / Computer literate.
  • Microsoft Office is required.
  • Ability to work independently and self-regulate in a remote working environment to maintain performance and productivity.
  • A High School Diploma or a GED is required.
  • Location: Remote – Candidate must be based in HI.
