Pay Range: $17 - $18/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • ALL candidates must be flexible to work ANY shift during the hours of operation from 7:00am to 6:00pm CST, Monday to Friday. The starting shift for this position will be from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Flexibility is key as they could be asked to stay and work late if there is storm, outage or high call volume.
  • Type proficiently (45 WPM minimum), meaning that they don’t have to look at the keyboard to locate the letters.
  • Pass a basic computer literacy test to demonstrate fundamental commands like using Ctrl/Alt/Delete to lock a screen, use of copy/paste, proficient in Word or OneNote for note taking, etc. 85% on Basic computer skills test.
  • Pass a basic phone etiquette test. 85% score on Proveit or IBM or Kenexa some testing tool.
  • Demonstrate high-school level literacy, reading comprehension, and math skills (to calculate billing balances.)
  • Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and can retain information that is learned.
  • Demonstrate experience with a multi-line phone system like Avaya or Cisco (e.g., handle transfer / conference / outbound calls).
  • Have experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system like CC&B, NOVA, Medisoft, etc.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills: Customer Service ,Data Entry Speed (45WPM) ,Spanish Bilingual.
  • Experience in any Customer service field.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, call center environment.
  • Proficiency working on a computer.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels (inbound, outbound, email & chat).
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Hybrid (1 day onsite).
  • Strong verbal communicator.
