Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking for an applicant to manage the Front Desk at our office.
- Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to
- Providing telephone support and screening calls as appropriate
- Meeting planning and scheduling
- Initiating and completing administrative projects as necessary
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Work independently to draft written responses by phone or email when necessary
- Drafting and editing business correspondence
- Handle other projects as assigned
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Front desk experience
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Call handling
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
- MS office suite skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Outlook is a plus)
- Must have strong organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to be creative with a pro-active approach
- Possess professionalism commensurate with that expected at the executive level
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Proven ability to multi-task and complete projects successfully under deadlines along with strong follow-up skills
