Key Responsibilities:
- As a Licensed Sales Agent you will assist customers with inquiries that will include general policy information, enrollment assistance, benefit breakdown, billing review, and cross selling various ancillary products.
- Skills-Healthcare License, Benefits, billing.
- Training Schedule: Determined at team level, generally Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (4 weeks) .
- Operational hours: 7 days/ week during OE. 8am - 10pm EST. Sundays are typically only on key dates.
