Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:Software licensing, Renewals & ELP; SAM Pro and MS Office .
- Requires in depth knowledge of organization stated technology standards, procedures and methods.
- Manages medium to large projects.
- Works with IT Business Partner and Several Business Units to ensure scope is explicitly defined and documented.
- Reconcile Supplier quotations, Purchase Requisitions & Invoices.
- Manage budget, forecast and actuals monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- Establishes and executes a project communication plan.
- Work with Cross-functional team leads.
- BS degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
- Two (2) to five (5) years' experience.
- Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations.
- Works independently with minimal guidance.
- Experience in MS Excel, Word, Presentations.
- Understand Software licensing and Renewals.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAM Pro / Service Now.
- Supports with Software Policy, Process and Procedures.
- Experience working with Vendor Management team.
