Pay Range : $15 - $16 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- Help with packaging on a press machine. Working alongside the machine operator. will take rolls off machine and place in boxes.
- Once box if filled, will tape box and place on pallet.
- Once pallet is full, worker will move pallet jack from machine over to another area. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- lifting boxes of rolls. Steel toe shoes.
- Provides safety glasses, ear plugs and high visibility vests.
- Candidates do not have to have machine experience.
- This is a special project will last up to a full year or longer but also has potential to lead to a hire before special project ends.
- Operates basic finishing equipment and tools based established processes and directions.
- Follows work order instructions, performs quality tests, and adheres to productivity standards.
- Develops understanding of tools and equipment used in routine machine equipment operation under direct supervision.
- Learns policies and procedures, and applies them in routine activities.
- Builds productive working relationships internally, and resolves simple problems of limited complexity. Complies with all required safety practices and regulations.
