Pay Range: $73 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- They will be responsible for complete inpatient hospital setting case management in acute care looking after Utilization review, Discharge planning of the inpatient.
- They are part of the care team for the patient.
- Normal stay at the hospital is 3-4 days.
- They will be responsible for planning all that is required for this patient at home once they get discharged.
- They interact with the patients, social workers, RNs, physicians, and they will be recommending alternate levels of care as well.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Case management Inpatient Experience, InterQual, Cerner.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 2.5 years in Acute care/Inpatient nursing.
- Note-Hours – 8 AM – 5 PM (Business Hours), 40 Hours a week, full time, requirement of working alternate weekend.
- They will take one day off from the previous week and one in the next week when they work on weekdays..
