Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
- Assisting in the development of functional and technical specifications.
- Participating in meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Assisting in the identification and documentation of project risks and issues.
- Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
- Assisting in the preparation of training materials and user documentation.
- Providing support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.
- A Junior Business Analyst should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- They should be detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skill: Truescreen ,Beeline ,Onboarding ,Background verification .
- 1 to 2 yrs exp ordering background checks, Beeline and SailPoint exp a plus (ticketing exp), Must be able to run reports in MS Office 2 to 4 years
- College degree preferred, some college and 5 yrs exp considered
- Microsoft Office (Excel, data entry, excel/word)
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in security/HR – ordering background checks
- Strong customer service skills, resolution customer service background.
- Dependable, self-managed, organized, Attention to detail, strong communication skills.
- Location: Owings Mills, MD 21117 (training on-site, at least first 3 weeks on site all days), then will be 3 days a week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
- Duration: 3 Months (with a possibility of extension).
