Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Significant experience and expertise in Angular web development, front-end frameworks, and hands-on coding
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database software, including discovering database schemas and building/running SQL queries
- Working knowledge of application deployment and runtime operations in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment
- Experience with Java middle-tier application development and programming, especially with RESTful Web Services (Java, J2EE, JUnit); ability to jump in when needed is a plus
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Expertise in web-based development, especially Angular
- Strong critical thinking skills coupled with a desire to learn and engage in technical and design discussions
- Demonstrated experience communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and business partners
- Experience in a financial services application domain, including portfolio and fund management, securities trading, and financial decision-making
- Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
- A passion for system analysis to provide business partners with the best solution structure
- A demonstrable understanding of the Agile software development methodology
