Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hands on maintenance, repair, calibration, and validation of new and existing test equipment.
- Responds to production line test equipment issues affecting output, yield, or end product quality.
- Identifies and provides enhancements to test equipment to support existing or new manufacturing operations.
- Under minimum supervision, will initiate or implement changes to existing test equipment to support improvements in cost, methods, quality, or to address material support/obsolescence issues.
- This includes test and validation activity and updating equipment documentation.
- Key Skills:Test Equipment, Assemblies & Electrical Systems, PCBs .
- Construct test equipment .
- Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics .
- Reverse engineer mechanical fixturing .
- Service existing test equipment .
- Provide inputs for ongoing improvements for test equipment .
- Perform test equipment certification .
