Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Screening Candidates, Interview scheduling, High-Volume Recruiting
- Recruiter must be experienced in high volume recruiting.
- Understand recruiting processes.
- Have the ability to communicate with leadership to provide updates on recruiting efforts.
- 4 years of experience.
- Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
- Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates.
- Submits and reviews candidates with the -.
- Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer’s needs.
- Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
- Able to understand and advance company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
- The contract recruiter will spend a majority of their day conducting phone screens with candidates and scheduling interviews.
- They will consult with leaders on interview results, build, route offers for employment and extend verbal offers.
