Key Responsibilities:
- Request Initiation and Validation: Capture order requests, establish opportunities, and ensure product and pricing compliance with master agreements.
- Site Assessment and Verification: Verify site details, assess service feasibility, and execute necessary surveys and tasks aligned (CJM’s, ROE’s)
- SOA Development and Client Engagement: Develop a comprehensive Service Order Agreement (SOA) with approved pricing and manage client communications to secure formal approval.
- Key Skills:Order management, Sales, Pricing.
- Attention to detail, product knowledge, Problem-solving, Analytical Thinking, Adaptability, Team Collaboration, Technical Proficiency, Strong Interpersonal Communication and ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Provides additional resourcing to support CB SSO, Sales, and end user customer to provide pre-sale order support to meet service level agreements, prevent credits from being owed to customers, and ensure revenue streams remain flowing.
