Key Responsibilities:
- Support core applications, including providing fixes to production defects and making enhancements.
- Quickly evaluate defects, investigate causes and come up with solutions to address defects.
- Develop, modify, and design software based on requirements/design specifications in salesforce.
- Help define business and user needs and processes; identify solutions, work with project team/sponsors in identifying best solution.
- Participate in requirements analysis; help design applications based on system requirements; promote top code quality and solve meaningful issues related to performance tuning and scalability.
- Build enhancements within existing applications to optimize efficiency.
- Key Skills:Salesforce Certified, Salesforce Lightning, Automation Tool (Selenium or Cypress or Cucumber).
- 5-7 years developing in the salesforce platform
- Masters degree or similar in Information Technology/Computer science
- Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions in salesforce along with integrating salesforce to other platforms
- Salesforce Developer Certified (advance certifications preferred)
- CI/CD knowledge - Jenkins or similar tools
- Advanced proficiency with multiple programming languages
- Clear understanding of software development methodologies
- Good communication skills.
- Masters degree in information technology/equivalent
- Understanding of salesforce integrations
- Worked in an scaled agile environment
